End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the internal invoicing automation tool ("the App") developed and operated by Pristine Jets LLC ("Pristine Jets," "we," "us," or "our") for its own internal business operations.

1. Purpose

The App is an internal business tool used solely by Pristine Jets personnel to automate the creation of draft invoices in QuickBooks Online based on service request submissions received through pristinejetdetailing.com. The App is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any third party, client, or member of the public.

2. License Grant

Pristine Jets grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App strictly for internal business purposes related to invoicing and customer service operations.

3. Data Use

The App accesses customer service-request information (name, contact details, aircraft information, and service details) submitted voluntarily through our website's contact form, and uses this information solely to create draft invoices within Pristine Jets' own QuickBooks Online account. No customer data is shared with, sold to, or made accessible to any third party beyond what is necessary to operate QuickBooks Online invoicing on our behalf. 4. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" for internal use without warranty of any kind. Pristine Jets is solely responsible for reviewing all auto-generated draft invoices for accuracy before sending them to clients.

5. Changes

Pristine Jets may modify this Agreement or the App at any time as part of its internal operations.
