These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of pristinejetdetailing.com (the "Site") and any aircraft detailing, cleaning, or related services (the "Services") provided by Pristine Jets LLC ("Pristine Jets," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, or booking Services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Pristine Jets provides mobile exterior and interior aircraft detailing, washing, waxing, brightwork polishing, protective coatings, and related services at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) and surrounding areas, subject to availability, ramp access, weather, and airport/FBO requirements. Specific scope of work, pricing, and timing for each job will be confirmed with the Client prior to performance, whether by quote, invoice, work order, or service agreement.
2. Quotes, Scheduling & Access
- Quotes are estimates based on aircraft type, condition, and scope of work described by the Client, and may be adjusted if the aircraft's actual condition differs materially upon inspection.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring Pristine Jets has timely ramp, hangar, or facility access, including any required security clearances, escort, or FBO authorization, to perform the Services at the scheduled time.
- Services may be rescheduled or delayed due to weather, airport operations, security restrictions, or other conditions outside our control, without liability to Pristine Jets.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requested with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation or trip/dispatch fee, as communicated at the time of booking.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The Client represents that they are the owner, operator, or an authorized representative of the owner/operator of the aircraft, and have the authority to request the Services.
- The Client is responsible for securing or removing personal items, sensitive equipment, electronics, and valuables from the aircraft prior to service. Pristine Jets is not responsible for items left in the aircraft.
- The Client should disclose any known damage, defects, sensitive surfaces, or special handling requirements (e.g., specialty paint, leather, electronics, placards) prior to commencement of Services.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing will be provided via quote or invoice prior to or upon completion of Services. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a late fee and/or suspension of future scheduled services until the account is brought current.
5. Insurance & Limitation of Liability
Pristine Jets maintains general liability and applicable aviation insurance coverage for its operations. Notwithstanding such coverage:
- Pristine Jets' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- Pristine Jets is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear (including but not limited to paint oxidation, chips, cracks, scratches, corrosion, or worn seals/gaskets) that may become more visible or worsen as a natural result of cleaning, nor for damage caused by undisclosed sensitive equipment, aftermarket modifications, or improperly maintained surfaces.
- Pristine Jets is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, charter revenue, or scheduling delays.
- Any claim regarding the Services must be reported to Pristine Jets in writing within 48 hours of completion of the Services, with reasonable opportunity provided for inspection.
6. Safety & Compliance
All Services are performed in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, airport rules, and FBO safety protocols. Pristine Jets reserves the right to decline, postpone, or stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe, including but not limited to severe weather, ramp congestion, or lack of authorized access.
7. Satisfaction & Re-Service
We stand behind our work. If the Client is not satisfied with the quality of Services performed, please notify us within 48 hours so we can review and, where appropriate, arrange a re-service at no additional charge for the items in question.
8. Website Use
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Pristine Jets makes reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate but does not warrant that the Site is error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, and is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montana.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
